We are seeking a talented Litigation Assistant to join our team on a fixed-term contract basis. As a Litigation Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing a diverse portfolio of cases, under the guidance of a senior team member. Your responsibilities will include day-to-day file management, coordination of tasks, and effective communication with clients, opponents, and third parties.

About Our Client

Our client is a dynamic firm known for their expertise in high-stakes IP litigation cases. They handle a wide range of challenging cases, some of which progress to the High Court and Intellectual Property Enterprise Court.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Managing a diverse portfolio of cases
  • Day-to-day file management and coordination of tasks
  • Effective communication with clients, opponents, and third parties
  • Working closely with Counsel on applications
Requirements
  • Educated to a high standard
  • Previous experience working within the legal sector or experience in litigation
  • Ability to handle a large workload and effectively schedule tasks
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Interest in intellectual property (IP)
