About the Job

The successful candidate will work on a diverse range of tractor and trailer units, performing routine maintenance, inspections, and corrective actions. Our ideal candidate is a skilled professional with experience in maintaining heavy goods vehicles.

Responsibilities
  1. Maintenance and repair of tractor and trailer units
  2. MOT preparation and inspections to ensure vehicle safety
  3. Working on different types of trailers and vehicles
  4. Scheduled servicing and maintenance to industry standards
  5. Correcting defects and improving vehicle performance
  6. Electrical and wiring inspections and repairs
Requirements and Qualifications

We require a fully qualified HGV Technician with:

  1. City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent qualifications
  2. Desirable additional certifications like IRTEC or EV qualification
