About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the Council fulfills its obligations under the Lease, managing and enforcing the Lease, and working collaboratively with internal services, external agencies, and stakeholders to deliver a customer-focused service and value for money.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and enforce the Lease to ensure compliance with Council obligations
- Work collaboratively with internal services, external agencies, and stakeholders to deliver a customer-focused service
- Ensure effective communication with customers and stakeholders
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve customer service
