The Opportunity

UAL is seeking an experienced Senior Student Recruitment Advisor to broaden access to our online courses. This role will shape the enrolment journey and team development, creating an inclusive and accessible experience for UAL Online students.

About You

We're looking for an individual with consultative sales experience, knowledge of sales and lead conversion techniques, and CRM and phone, email, and chat systems. You'll bring UAL Online to life for prospective students, guiding them through application and enrolment processes with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example, ensuring all UAL Online applicants have access to a high-quality and efficient service
  • Manage a high volume of daily consultative sales tasks
  • Collaborate with the team to meet targets in a remote setting
