Job Summary

We're seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients with their daily needs, including personal care, medication management, and household tasks. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and preferences, and develop personalized care plans to ensure their comfort and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and using the toilet
  • Manage medication and administer as required
  • Support clients with household tasks, such as cooking and cleaning
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families

Requirements

We're looking for someone who is compassionate, empathetic, and able to work independently. You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with clients and their families, and be able to work flexibly to meet the needs of our clients. No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to all our care assistants.
