In this pivotal Sustainability Strategist role, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of your clients' sustainability strategies. With a focus on strategic and operational decisions, you will ensure that your clients' sustainability goals are met.

Your responsibilities will include driving strategic and operational decisions, ensuring compliance with sustainability standards and regulations, developing and implementing sustainability policies and best practices, collaborating cross-functionally to integrate sustainability into business operations, monitoring, reporting and communicating sustainability performance and impacts, and managing stakeholder relationships on sustainability matters.

You will have the opportunity to work with a renowned player in the Marine, Oil & Gas and Sustainability sectors, boasting a global footprint and a workforce of over 3000 passionate professionals. This company is committed to engineering solutions that contribute to a more sustainable future.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' work experience in ESG/sustainability, ten+ years in a management role including leadership and advisory responsibility, TQUK Level 2 Certificate in Environmental Sustainability, exceptional stakeholder skills, working collaboratively across matrix organisations, experience in change / management, adaptable and highly alert to changing situations, and strong analytical skills with attention to details and technicalities.
