Establishing and leading the company's new in-house legal function.

Requirements:
A legal professional with 6+ years of experience, ideally within both in-house or private practice environments.
Expertise in corporate law is a must, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance.
A strategic thinker who can bridge legal and business objectives, delivering practical, actionable advice.
Experience in employment law is a bonus.
