Transformative Opportunity for In-House Legal Counsel

Wilson Mannion Legal Recruitment is seeking an experienced In-House Legal Counsel to lead the transformation of our company's legal function. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to build a new in-house legal function from the ground up, working closely with internal teams to navigate complex legal issues and ensure best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal advice on corporate matters, including contract drafting, negotiation, and compliance.
  • Handle a range of legal issues, from regulatory matters to data protection and commercial contracts.
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve disputes and stay ahead of legal trends that affect the business.
  • Establish and lead the company's new in-house legal function.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in corporate law, ideally in both in-house and private practice environments.
  • Expertise in contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, and employment law.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to bridge legal and business objectives.
