About the Position
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at South Africa Lodge. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our residents with varying complex care needs, prioritising workload, participating in meetings, and observing resident progress.
- Annual Salary: £45,000 (estimated)
- Job Type: Full-time
- Requirements: Minimum of 1 year's experience working in care within the UK, NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care
What You'll Do
You will work closely with our nursing team to ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care and support. This will involve prioritising workload, participating in meetings, and observing resident progress to identify any changes in their condition or care needs.
