  • Providing care and support to individuals with complex needs, including tracheotomy, ventilation, and seizure management
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and their families
  • Working collaboratively with the nursing team to deliver high-quality care and support
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of care plans
