Electrical Maintenance Engineer

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Theo James Recruitment. As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for planning and executing preventative maintenance, strengthening the maintenance department with your own experience and knowledge, and completing asset teardown and repair of machinery and tools.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Plan and execute preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime
* Develop and implement new ideas to improve maintenance processes and efficiency
* Collaborate with the maintenance team to strengthen the department and share knowledge and experience
* Complete asset teardown and repair of machinery and tools to ensure they are in good working condition

**Requirements:**

* Experience in Electrical Maintenance with a recognized Electrical apprenticeship
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
