Automotive Game Developer Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Game Designer to lead our team on Top Drives, a highly successful mobile game.

As a key member of our studio, you will be responsible for driving player engagement, monetization, and long-term success of the game through live operations strategies. This includes overseeing in-game events, offers, and content updates, as well as working with analysts to optimize the game's performance and revenue using player data.

A passion for cars, motorsports, and/or racing games is a bonus, but you must be excited and motivated by immersing yourself in the Top Drives universe and developing a deep appreciation for why players care about this content and the creative opportunities that exist around it.

About the Role
  • Develop and own a live ops and monetization strategy that aligns with both audience expectations and business goals.
  • Drive day-to-day execution of the strategy, owning schedules, targets, and overall success of in-game sales, offers, and live events.
  • Collaborate with game analysts to conduct quantitative analysis, providing key insights into product performance and uncovering opportunities for further engagement and monetization.
  • Conduct A/B tests to optimize game retention, engagement, and monetization metrics.
  • Bring best-in-class F2P live ops activities, feature design, and monetization mechanics to the team.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience designing features and/or content for mid-core collection-based F2P games.
  • A hands-on approach and impact-driven focus on constantly pushing game performance and delivering fantastic player experiences.
  • A deep understanding of economy and monetization design, as well as engagement drivers in live service games.
  • Comfortable taking calculated risks, learning, and sharing lessons learned.
