Private Equity Transaction Manager

Venture Search is a leading Placement Agent, recognized globally for its excellence in Primary Fundraising, Co-Investments & Secondary Advisory. As a respected industry leader, they are expanding their Private Capital Advisory team by adding a senior individual to focus on GP-led transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the execution of Secondaries transactions, including GP-led deals, with a focus on driving growth and expansion.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape within the Private Capital and Secondaries space, providing strategic insights to inform investment decisions.
- Collaborate with the origination team to identify and onboard clients to the platform, building strong relationships and driving business development.
- Analyse and interpret relevant data to inform investment strategies and client recommendations, ensuring alignment with Venture Search's goals and objectives.
- Contribute to the team's overall success by collaborating with senior leadership and identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Secondaries, at an Investment Bank, GP, or an Advisory firm, with a proven track record in originating and executing GP-Led secondaries transactions.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong LBO modeling, analytical, and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
We estimate the salary for this position to be around $180,000 per year, based on industry standards and the level of experience required.
