About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled individual to join our team as a Director of Support Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our support services and ensuring that they meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and management to the support services team, ensuring that they are equipped to deliver exceptional results.
- Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of our support services, ensuring that they meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure that our services meet the highest standards.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a support services setting.
- Skills and Qualifications: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer
- Salary: £30,210 per annum.
- Benefits: Competitive benefits package, including 26 days' holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 31 days after five years' service and then 36 days after ten years' service, comprehensive induction programme, and opportunities for professional development.
