We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate support worker to join our team in Kidwelly, providing 24/7 care to individuals with varying needs, including those with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, and challenging behaviour.
As a support worker, you will play a vital role in promoting the individuality and well-being of our service users, enabling them to live in-line with their support plans. This will involve participating in social, educational, and work activities, as well as providing personal care and general housekeeping duties.
Shift patterns may include long days and wakeful nights, but don't worry - we provide a friendly and supportive office team available 24/7, with an on-call system in place.
