Nurse Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Leadership Role to join our team at Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to patients and supporting the growth and development of our team.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills, working closely with colleagues to improve patient outcomes and experiences. You will also be responsible for mentoring and educating students and other members of the team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will also be expected to adhere to all trust policies and procedures, as well as professional codes of conduct.
Key Responsibilities:
- To lead and manage a team of nurses, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and support to provide high-quality care.
- To develop and implement effective care plans, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- To participate in mentorship and educational programs for students and other members of the team.
- To maintain accurate and contemporaneous patient records.
Person Specification:
- Educated at degree level.
- NMC registered.
- Leadership and management qualifications.
- Experience working in a clinical setting.
Salary Information: The salary for this role is approximately £42,283 - £57,175 per annum, depending on experience.
