Job Summary:

This is a unique opportunity for a skilled Occupational Health Clinical Lead to work with us at CV-Library. The successful candidate will have a strong background in occupational health, including experience in managing Service Level Agreements with large customer organisations.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong leadership presence, excellent IT skills, and extensive knowledge of occupational health practice within the NHS. They will also be knowledgeable about current regulations and legislation regarding occupational health and have experience of undertaking appraisals, personal development, and succession planning.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the occupational health service.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage and lead a team of occupational health professionals to deliver high-quality services.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address occupational health issues.
Requirements:
  • Registered Occupational Health Specialist Nurse (Degree level/Diploma level or equivalent).
  • Masters level qualification/training in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Management/Leadership qualification, training, and/or development.
  • 1st Level Registration (General Nursing).
Desirable Qualifications:
  • NEBOSH/IOSH qualification.
  • Certificate in OH Law.
  • Experience of change management and service transformation.
  • Certificate in Managing OH Services.
