Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Cosmetic Scientist to join our team at Entrust Resource Solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Chemistry or Cosmetic Science, with previous experience in formulation project management and laboratory practical work.

This is a permanent role offering an attractive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage various formulation projects from conception to completion.
  2. Liaise with internal and external technical departments to ensure smooth project delivery.
  3. Support product innovation by generating ideas for novel products.
  4. Collaborate with the design team to modify or develop new packaging designs as needed.
  5. Supervise and train another member of the technical team.

Requirements:

  • BSc/MSc/PhD in Chemistry or Cosmetic Science.
  • Previous experience in a similar environment.
