Supporting Young People in Challenging Communities

We are seeking a motivated Graduate to work as a Learning Support Assistant at an Academics Ltd SEMH Provision in Westbury. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring students with complex social, emotional, and mental health challenges make positive choices and engage with their education.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate interested in Youth Work, Psychology, Criminology, or Social Services to gain valuable experience working with vulnerable students. You will have the chance to develop your skills and build your confidence in supporting young people with challenging behaviours and mental health difficulties.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Your empathy, patience, and understanding will help students overcome barriers and achieve their full potential.
