Education Lead Opportunity
Join us as an Education Lead in our 18 months - 2.5 years 'Pear Blossom' room at Windmill Hill City Farm. As an experienced Early Years leader or educator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs that meet the needs of all children.

Key Tasks:
  • Design and deliver engaging and challenging educational activities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in Early Years education.
  • Good knowledge of the EYFS and Birth to five matters.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.

Salary Range:$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
