Strategic Technology Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled leader to join our team at Cumberland Council as a Business Development Lead. This exciting role will involve taking strategic leadership and management responsibility for leading the business transformation and implementation of our technology enabled care plan.
The successful candidate will deliver and evaluate service design projects, collaborating with colleagues in Adult Social Care, Digital Innovation, and ICT to analyze the benefits of changes made.
This role will ensure consistent engagement with our workforce to implement effective technology relevant to all aspects of the service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the directorate's Tech Enabled Care programme
- Ensure alignment with standards for digital working in adult social care
- Collaborate with Digital Design Leads to implement digital technologies
What We Offer:
- Competitive rates of pay £63,830 - £66,642 per annum
- 25-31 days holiday each year plus bank holiday allowance
