Project Delivery

  • Develop and align project scope, goals, and deliverables to support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Manage and control projects in line with comprehensive project plans that cover scope management, time management, risk management, and quality management.
  • Execute successful handovers of project outputs into the relevant support area of the business.
  • Facilitate the transition of projects into the benefits realization stage.
  • Effectively apply the TrueCommerce PM Framework and enforce project quality.

Communication and Reporting

  • Set and manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders through an effective communication strategy.
  • Communicate project risks and issues to relevant stakeholders and escalate where appropriate.
  • Estimate resources and participants needed to achieve project goals and track resource hours expended.
  • Provide project progress and forecast reports as directed by the PMO and key stakeholders.

Effective Resource Management

  • Identify and engage required resources, ensuring expectations are known, managed, and fulfilled within project constraints.
  • Manage resources effectively and efficiently to ensure project plan objectives are met.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
  • Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.

Requirements for Success:

  • A university degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum years' experience from working with project management.
  • Supply Chain experience and preferably an understanding of EDI and/or ERP solutions.
  • Experience in handling customers and partnerships, locally and globally.
  • Ability to communicate on a high level in English.
  • Ability to communicate on a high level in German would be beneficial but is not a direct requirement.
