Project Manager with Supply Chain Expertise

TrueCommerce is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with expertise in supply chain management to lead our EDI Managed Service implementations. As a key member of our global project management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects that meet our clients' needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating concerns to senior management as necessary.
  • Provide regular project progress reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Identify and engage required resources, ensuring that expectations are known, managed, and fulfilled within project constraints.

Requirements:

  • University degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, supply chain management, or project management.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in project management, with a focus on supply chain implementations.
  • Strong understanding of EDI and/or ERP solutions, with experience in managing complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed environment.
  • Ability to communicate on a high level in English, with German language skills a plus.
