About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Personal Health Budgets Implementation Specialist. This exciting opportunity will involve working closely with our PHB Project Team to implement Personal Health Budgets in the three inner boroughs of North East London ICS.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the coordination and facilitation of agreed projects at a local level, ensuring that Personal Health Budgets are promoted as an important part of the wider personalisation agenda.
- Deliver projects to the required quality and standards.
- Contribute to the ELFT PHB Steering Group, providing updates on progress of implementation across the three boroughs.
- Support and facilitate teams and individual members of staff in improving their knowledge of PHB through training and coaching.
- Coordinate the collection and presentation of agreed data and measurements, including staff and service users feedback and evaluation.
- Contribute to a newsletter promoting Personal Health Budgets and sharing local case stories.
