Key responsibilities include developing and implementing growth strategies, recruiting and training staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and monitoring market trends. A proven track record of delivering growth in an estate agency business is essential for this role.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in a similar leadership role within the estate agency sector.
  2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  4. Ability to analyze data and market trends.

Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
