Fire Safety Manager

300 North Limited is seeking a highly skilled Fire Safety Manager to join our team in Mansfield. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of fire safety across our hospitals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain fire safety systems, including fire alarms, fire dampers, and smoke dampers.
- Conduct regular inspections and testing to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement fire safety policies and procedures to minimize risk.
- Collaborate with our in-house engineering team and external contractors to ensure effective maintenance and repair of fire safety systems.
- Provide training and guidance to colleagues on fire safety best practices.
- Lead Authorized Person for all aspects of fire safety, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in fire safety management, with a strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to drive and travel between hospitals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external contractors.
- Knowledge of health and safety compliance, risk assessments, and administrative systems.
