Key Responsibilities- Provide direct support to individuals with Autism, promoting their independence and participation in daily activities.
- Assist with personal care, laundry, meal preparation, medication administration, and other daily tasks.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of personalized support plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for individuals.
- Work collaboratively with other agencies, carers, and services to provide seamless support and care.
- Participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Experience working with adults with Autism or similar conditions.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
- Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Right to work in the UK.
- British Sign Language (BSL) training to Level 1 or above.
- A competitive salary of £12.00 per hour (£23,400 per year, pro rata) plus benefits.
