At KLA, we are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Process Improvement Manager to lead the design and development of high-tech capital equipment for the global semiconductor industry.

Job Description:

This role presents a unique opportunity to work with innovative technology and precision automated manufacturing processes at our state-of-the-art facility in Newport, South Wales.

  • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of process improvements to support manufacturing growth, new products, and continuous improvement projects.
  • You will actively involve supplier management activities, drive suppliers for better quality and lower cost, and provide manufacturing engineering support for system-level challenges.
  • Your primary goal will be to own end-to-end yield and scrap rate, including weekly yield reports, failure analysis, and implement improvement actions for higher yield and lower scrap rate.

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive total rewards package, including annual leave starting at 25 days, contributory pension scheme, cash health plan, cycle to work scheme, global bonus plan, share scheme, rewards scheme, and life assurance.
