Manufacturing Process Improvement Specialist

This role presents the chance to contribute to the growth and development of our manufacturing operations in Newport, South Wales.
Key Responsibilities- Manage tooling and equipment maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and implement working instructions, part specifications, and BOM.
- Collaborate with assemblers to achieve efficient production.
- Identify and resolve material issues promptly.
- Analyze customer returns and develop corrective actions.
- Implement new processes and variants to improve productivity.
- Address manufacturing floor issues effectively.
- Negotiate supplier quality and issue resolution.
- Ensure seamless product transitions between engineering and manufacturing.
- Hold a degree in relevant field or have equivalent experience.
- Proven expertise in process control and yield data analysis.
- Familiarity with quality control systems and regulations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
We offer an attractive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including annual leave, pension scheme, cash health plan, cycle to work scheme, global bonus plan, share scheme, rewards scheme, and life assurance.
