Job Title: Care Professional

We are seeking caring and compassionate individuals to join our team as Care Professionals. As a Care Professional with Home Instead, you will play a vital role in enhancing the wellbeing of our clients, providing them with independence, comfort, and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients with daily tasks, such as showering, cooking, and medication management.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, helping them to feel secure and looked-after.
  • Work collaboratively with clients and their families to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, built on trust, empathy, and understanding.

Requirements:

  • No experience? No problem - we offer comprehensive in-house training to get you up to speed.
  • Excellent communication skills, with written and spoken English essential.
  • Reliable means of transportation for home visits, errands, activities, and shopping.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
  • A natural inclination for caring and forming positive relationships with clients and their families.
