About the Role

We are seeking caring and compassionate individuals to join our team as an evening Care Professional. As a Care Professional with Home Instead Eastbourne and Hailsham, you will become a vital presence in the daily lives of our clients, offering independence, comfort, and dignity.

As an evening Care Professional, you will support clients with various tasks, such as showering, cooking, administering medication, and providing emotional support. Your goal will be to enhance their wellbeing and quality of life, ensuring they live with dignity and self-respect.

This role is as rewarding for you as it is beneficial for our clients. You will go home every day knowing that you have made a true difference by bringing comfort and happiness into someone's life.

Requirements

  • No experience? No problem - we offer the best in-house training to get you up to speed.
  • Communication skills - written and spoken English is essential.
  • Transportation - reliable means of transportation is required for home visits, errands, activities, and shopping.
  • Organisational skills - exceptional organisational and time-management skills are key.
  • The right attitude - a natural inclination for caring and forming positive relationships with clients and their families.
