Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will assist teachers in ensuring that the work set is effectively delivered, manage classroom behavior, and provide support to students with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD). You will also have opportunities for ongoing professional development and training.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Right to work in the UK
  • Experience working with children or young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) is preferred
  • Ability to provide personal care assistance, including toileting and feeding
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive attitude, flexibility, and resilience
  • Willingness to undergo relevant background checks and obtain necessary clearances
