We are looking for a Technology Apprentice - Level 3 to join our team at Get Staffed Online Recruitment. As a Technology Apprentice, you will assist in the delivery of an effective and efficient IT support service.

The salary for this role is £18,500 - £24,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will be required to work Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm, with a total of 37 hours per week.

You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring software applications, and maintaining accurate records of support requests.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong IT skills, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well in a team. You should also be able to communicate effectively with staff and customers.

This apprenticeship will last for 18 months and will provide you with a Level 3 ICT qualification. You will also receive training in customer care skills, creative skills, initiative, and social skills.
