Graduate Consultant – Safety Management

BMT Group is a leading provider of safety management services, and we are seeking a talented Graduate Consultant to join our team.

As a Graduate Consultant, you will be responsible for providing safety management services to our clients, including the production of safety management plans, hazard identification and analysis, risk assessment, and hazard log management.

You will work closely with our experienced consultants and engineers to deliver high-quality services to our clients, and you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about safety management and has a strong academic background in a relevant field. You will have excellent communication and team-building skills, and you will be able to work effectively in a flexible and hybrid team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide safety management services to clients, including the production of safety management plans, hazard identification and analysis, risk assessment, and hazard log management.
  • Work closely with experienced consultants and engineers to deliver high-quality services to clients.
  • Develop skills and knowledge in safety management through training and mentorship.
  • Contribute to the development of safety management services and processes.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in a field such as mechanical engineering, aeronautical engineering, systems engineering, electronic engineering, applied science, or mathematics.
  • Excellent communication and team-building skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a flexible and hybrid team.
  • Desirable: experience of numerical/statistical analysis and tools, such as MS Excel and Access.
