Job Title: Fire Safety Manager

The Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled Fire Safety Manager to lead all aspects of fire safety within the organisation. This is a critical role that requires a deep understanding of fire safety regulations and a proven track record of ensuring compliance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive fire safety management system across the organisation.
  • Conduct regular fire risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on fire safety procedures and protocols.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure fire safety is integrated into all aspects of the organisation's operations.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications in fire engineering, engineering science, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in fire safety management, including compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Person Specification:
