Medical Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Medical Director to join our team at Teva Pharmaceuticals. As a key member of our Medical Affairs department, you will play a critical role in providing medical leadership and support to our cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment, including budgetary responsibility for medical cost centers.
- Develop and implement long-term strategy, lead agile teams, and manage end-to-end processes and governance for high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive business development, project evaluation, and due diligence.
- Provide medical expertise and support to all departments, including marketing and commercial.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and pharmacovigilance requirements.
- Represent medical affairs at relevant meetings and communicate outputs to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage and provide strategic leadership to MSL/Scientific/Medical Advisor teams.
- Deputize for Cluster lead UK & Ireland Medical on EU Medical leadership team as appropriate.
- Manage compliance of promotional materials with necessary regulations.
- Qualified Physician with experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the NHS and pharmaceutical commercial implications.
- Final Medical Signatory experience.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of all relevant medicinal product and medical device regulations.
