About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director to join our team at Teva Pharmaceuticals. As a Medical Director, you will be responsible for providing medical leadership and support to our cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment, including budgetary responsibility for medical cost centers.
- Develop long-term strategy, lead agile teams, and manage end-to-end processes and governance for high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive business development and project evaluation.
- Provide medical expertise and support to all departments, including marketing and commercial.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and pharmacovigilance requirements.
- Represent medical affairs at relevant meetings and communicate outputs to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Qualified physician with experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the NHS and pharmaceutical commercial implications.
- Final medical signatory experience and knowledge of relevant medicinal product and medical device regulations.
- Thought leadership and change and transformation experience.
- Experience working within a global matrix organization.
