Community Support Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Real Life Options. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with day-to-day tasks, promoting independence, and encouraging integration in social settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Support individuals with daily tasks, such as personal care, domestic support, and administration of medication
- Encourage independence and integration in social settings, including community activities and outings
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a high-quality support service
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, families, and other stakeholders
Requirements
- Enhanced PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups) registration
- Previous experience in a support role (desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleepovers
