About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Training Officer to join our team at bet365. As a key member of our Learning and Development department, you will play a critical role in designing, delivering, and evaluating training and eLearning solutions that support the growth and development of our colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Needs Analysis

Engage with technology and facilities managers to identify required learning and management development needs, making recommendations for change where appropriate.

  • Training Design and Delivery

Design new learning and training interventions and produce materials in accordance with the needs of the department and stakeholders.

  • Training Evaluation

Evaluate the effectiveness of existing learning and training interventions and materials based on established principles and models.

  • Knowledge Management

Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of research and trends within the learning and development sector.

Requirements
  • Experience

Experience of developing personal and interpersonal skills across diverse teams.

  • Skills

Ability to present verbally and non-verbally through a variety of formats.

  • Personal Qualities

Self-motivated with the desire to develop and motivate others.
