Job Title: Commercial Insurance Advisor

At Brown & Brown Europe, we are seeking a skilled Commercial Insurance Advisor to join our team in Poole. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for servicing a wide range of small and medium-sized enterprise client business insurances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer and renew contracts of insurance to clients within a specific company division.
  • Deliver effective, quality advice and efficient customer service.
  • Work cooperatively and efficiently with colleagues to achieve overall objectives.
  • Deal with new and existing business insurance enquiries in a proactive manner.
  • Administer clients' insurance requirements, obtaining quotations and accounting procedures.
  • Review clients' demands and needs, advising on the most appropriate insurances.
  • Produce high-quality broking submission reports and broke risks to the insurance market.
Requirements:
  • General insurance experience in broking or underwriting.
  • Ability to handle new business enquiries, renewals, and mid-term adjustments of insurance policies.
  • Good customer service and negotiation skills.
  • Effective planning, administration, and organisational skills.
  • Acturis insurance broking software knowledge is an advantage.
