Paediatric High Dependency Unit Staff Nurse

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Paediatric High Dependency Unit Staff Nurse. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to children from 0-16 years requiring level 2 critical care.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, providing expert care to patients with a range of medical conditions, including respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological disorders. You will collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team, including doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to provide comprehensive care.
In addition to providing exceptional patient care, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in paediatric intensive care. The estimated salary for this position is £38,161 - £47,262 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a competitive pension scheme, generous annual leave entitlement, and access to a wide range of employee benefits.
To be considered for this role, you must have a Registered Sick Children’s Nurse (RSCN) qualification on the NMC register and at least 12 months post-qualifying experience. Additionally, you should possess good communication skills, able to work effectively as part of a team and manage a workload. Physical capability to perform nursing duties, including moving and handling patients, is also essential.
