Job Description:

As a Sales and Customer Advocate, you will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with our customers and providing them with tailored solutions to their needs. You will be responsible for selling insurance policies directly to customers through outbound calling and inbound calls, with the goal of retaining existing customers and generating additional income for the business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to identify their needs and provide solutions using our products and services
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to meeting targets set for the team and business unit
- Utilize leads from within HomeLet or Let Alliance to sell insurance policies and retain business
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of customer service

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required
