Job Title: Preceptorship Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Preceptorship Nurse Specialist to join our team at Appoint Group. As a Preceptorship Nurse Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our service users and supporting the development of our newly qualified nurses.

About the Role:
  • Service Type: Specialist Mental Health Rehabilitation Services for Males and Females in a low secure environment
  • Salary: Newly Qualified Preceptorship £39,685.19 p/a (£18.96 Per Hour)
  • Hours: Full Time and Part Time hours are available - you can choose depending on your preference
  • Shifts: Ideally mixed shifts though flexibility can be provided
About the Service:

Our service is a leading national provider of health and social care services for young people and adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities. We offer a Specialist Hospital for adults with Mental-ill Health and Service users are cared for in one of Four units depending on their unique needs.

Requirements:
  • A relevant nursing qualification (RMN or RNLD)
  • A valid NMC registration with no restrictions
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • Strong team-working skills
  • A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
  • A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate
  • A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice
