Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Preceptorship Nurse to join our team at Appoint Group. As a Preceptorship Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals with mental health needs in a low secure rehabilitation setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide person-centered care to service users, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Support and mentor newly qualified nurses as part of our preceptorship program.
Requirements:
  • A relevant nursing qualification (RMN or RNLD).
  • A valid NMC registration with no restrictions.
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
  • Strong team-working skills and a high level of self-motivation.
