Senior Care Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Care Manager to lead our residential service at Bennet Court. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing clear direction, management, and supervision to our staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of care staff to ensure the delivery of excellent care and support to our residents.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
- Ensure the service is fully compliant with health and safety management and statutory obligations.
- Manage the recruitment, training, and development of staff to ensure the achievement of national minimum care standards.
Requirements:
- A recognised nursing or social care qualification and registration.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Substantial experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity in a care environment.
