We are seeking an experienced Female Support Worker to join our team in Horley, Surrey.

About the Role

This challenging yet rewarding role will involve supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, and complex needs. You will work closely with our management team to provide personalized care and support services that enable our residents to lead fulfilling lives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Assisting with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and housekeeping
  • Maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents
  • Encouraging social interaction and engagement among residents
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working in social care or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A valid driving license and access to a vehicle (essential)
