Join Our Team as a Quantitative Research Analyst

At Capital Group, we're seeking a talented Quantitative Research Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our investment decision process, you'll conduct quantitative research and analysis to inform our investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct quantitative research and analysis to inform investment decisions
  • Develop and communicate investment insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with portfolio managers, analysts, and other teams to drive investment decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with global equity markets and financial trends
  • Develop and maintain expertise in quantitative research methods and tools
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a mathematically robust discipline, such as econometrics, mathematical finance, or statistics
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in quantitative research and analysis
  • Strong consulting and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with Python, R, SQL, or comparable languages
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
