Mayflower Court is a modern, purpose-built care home with 79 beds, part of the Bowthorpe Care Village. We provide short-term and full-time care and support, specialising in dementia.

Care Support Workers play a vital role in our team, assisting with personal care and support tasks to enable service users to make informed choices and maintain their independence and dignity. As a member of our care team, you will build strong relationships with your colleagues and service users, participating in wellbeing events and activities to promote a safe and engaging environment.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about supporting others by providing excellent care. As a Care Support Worker at Mayflower Court, you can expect to work a 26-hour average week, with opportunities for additional hours.
