Morgan Sindall Infrastructure is seeking a highly skilled Lead Commissioning Engineer to join our Programme and Project Partners (PPP) team at Sellafield. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for directing a team in the delivery of work and ensuring activities are delivered in line with established Start Up, Commissioning and Pre-Operations processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute delivery plans in line with project schedules
  • Review and report on work progress and take corrective actions where necessary
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and external vendors and stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have an HNC or equivalent Level 4 qualification in a relevant discipline, as well as experience of leading and/or supervising a team in a technical/engineering environment. Excellent communication skills and good leadership skills are essential, with the ability to supervise a team and develop their skills further.

Experience of working in Nuclear or a highly regulated environment is desirable, but not essential. We welcome applications from candidates with relevant skills and experience, regardless of their background.
