This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced retail professional to join Lidl GB as a Store Manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement plans to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction, working closely with the store team and other departments to achieve this goal.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed, maintaining high standards of health and safety, security, and environmental sustainability.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to senior management on sales performance, customer feedback, and other key metrics.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a retail management role, with a track record of success in driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
  • A strong understanding of retail operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and cash handling procedures.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the business.
